A man who drove in Oldham whilst high on cannabis has been banned from getting behind the wheel. Just one day later, on September 17, the 33-year-old was once again found to be driving whilst under the influence of cannabis on the M62 at Rochdale. A man has been sentenced for driving whilst disqualified in Oldham. Bilal Khan, of Morrison Walk, Newton Heath, was driving on Manchester Road in the borough on December 6 when he was found to be driving whilst disqualified and without insurance. The 46-year-old pleaded guilty to both offences on January 4 and was sentenced at Tameside Magistrates' Court on January 11.
