A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a shooting early New Year's Day in Toronto's west end. Police were called to the area of Vaughan Road and Oakwood Avenue, in the city's Oakwood Village neighbourhood, at about 5:10 a.m for reports that a man had been shot.
