Ralph Edward Nzui was arrested in Nairobi last Friday and presented before Resident Magistrate Linus Kassan, who remanded him for 10 days. On October 24, 2016, Mr Nzui and Jacob Muinde Kilele were charged in a Mavoko court in Machakos County with violently robbing Maviji Dhaji Gajipara of Shamji Kalyan Pindoria Ltd. ALSO READ: Man detained after chopping off 5 year-old nephew's genitalsThe firm is claiming 25 acres situated in Mavoko. Shamji Kalyan Pindoria Ltd is also claiming ownership. In April, the Director of Public Prosecutions directed the police to drop a robbery with violence case against Nzui and substitute it with assault.
