Mark Anthony Fitzgibbon was arrested on arrival at Liverpool John Lennon Airport early this morning. The 49-year-old was detained shortly after midnight when a Ryanair plane landed at the airport. A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We know Fitzgibbon was abroad for a while but like many fugitives he wrongly believed he could evade capture.
