Man runs away in handcuffs and hospital gownWaikato Police/ Facebook Piripi Springhall ran away from Waikato Hospital in handcuffs and a blue hospital gown. Waikato police are looking for a man who fled custody in handcuffs and a patient gown while getting treatment at Waikato Hospital. Piripi Springhall, 30, was arrested on Saturday, when he was taken to Waikato Hospital to get treatment. However, while there he ran off, Waikato Police said in a Facebook post. He was in handcuffs and wearing a blue hospital gown.
