A man was shot while assaulting people in a home in Joussard about 260 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, RCMP say. On Friday, officers in the Faust detachment responded to a call about a 27-year-old male assaulting and threatening family members. At the moment, police don't know if the man was shot on purpose. The RCMP's forensic identification section is investigating along with members of the High Prairie general investigation section. "There was quite a disturbance that went on and he was assaulting people," said Cpl.
