The 62-year-old was told to book an appointment via the Single Point of Access (SPA) team to have his bandages changed. However, when the time came the team told him it was actually his GP who needed to replace the dressings and re-bandage the large wound on his forearm, reports LeicestershireLive. "Everyone was telling me they were the team supposed to sort out my bandages but they just told me to do it myself instead. It was only after leaving and trying to book an appointment with SPA where the problems started." I'm keeping an eye on it to see if I need to book another appointment with a doctor."
