At least 13 persons have been killed, and several others abducted after suspected bandits attacked a wedding ceremony in Kahir village, Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Bala further noted that the exact number of abducted persons could not be immediately ascertained due to the confusion that trailed the attack. The spokesperson for the Kaduna State Police Command, DSP Hassan Mansur, also confirmed the attack, assuring that a detailed report would be made available after preliminary investigations. Meanwhile, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, alongside Senator Sani Musa, visited injured victims receiving treatment at a hospital in Kagarko.
