PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Friday has officially sworn into office Secretary Raphael Lotilla and Secretary Jesus "Jerry" Acuzar to his Cabinet. Lotilla is the new Department of Energy (DoE) chief while Acuzar will be heading the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). Their oath-taking ceremonies were simultaneously held at the Study Room of the Malacañan Palace. This is the second tour of duty for Lotilla as Energy secretary, having served under the administration of former president and now Pampanga congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Azucar is the brother-in-law of former president Benigno Aquino 3rd's executive secretary, Paquito "Jojo" Ochoa.
