Mark Cuban’s Proposal To Hire Millions Of Coronavirus Contact Tracers Is Needed To Restart Economy

The concept of human contact tracing has been widely deployed to contain disease outbreaks in African nations, including Rwanda and Malawi. Models show only three states and territories — North Dakota, Michigan and the District of Columbia — have met or are projected to meet their estimated need for contact tracers. Testing and intensive contact tracing are the one-two punch needed to successfully combat the virus.
