Good morning: Markets have see-sawed in overnight trading in Asia after Iran retaliated for the assassination of Qasem Soleimani early this morning, hitting a giant US airbase in Iraq with a stream of missiles. In the immediate aftermath of the strikes Brent crude shot back above $70 per barrel to touch $71.75, the highest since mid-September, but has since given up a large part of those gains. At 6.46am Brent crude was trading back below $70 at $69.13 a barrel, up 1.26 per cent over the day.
