Mark Bartley says Marlow will aim to put on a performance this Saturday to make former chairman Terry Staines proud after the club announced his death earlier this week. Terry was one of those chairmen that do all they can to help the manager put the best team out on the pitch. When you have been speaking to someone five or six times a week for 11 years, it’s a big loss. “The amount of messages Marlow have received from other clubs, other managers, other players show how well thought of Terry was. When we go out on Saturday, we’re going to try and put on a performance that is befitting of his memory.
