This was straight-up felony criminal conduct. And to those who engaged in this criminal behavior, let’s be clear: We are coming for you.”These are welcome words, assuming she follows up with action. Ariel Atkins of Black Lives Matter Chicago called the looting “reparations” and attacked the mayor for calling looting a felony. This weekend Chicago saw even more trouble in its downtown, though police tried to limit the chances of mayhem by raising the bridges over the Chicago River and sending many more police into the area.
