This week we profile one of Liberia’s learned legal practitioners the founder and managing director of the Dean & Associate Incorporated law, Cllr. Frank Musa Dean who is now been queued to steer the affairs of the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General of the Re[public of Liberia. Back home, Liberia’s Minister of Justice designate, F. Musa Dean in 1988 at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law University of Liberia obtained his LL.B. From October 10, 1007 to 2003, Liberia’s Justice Minister designate worked at the Sherman & Sherman Incorporated law office as Staff Counsel. From March 1995 to March 1996, Liberia’s Minister of designate served as Managing Director and Chief Executive officer with dedication at the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation (LTC).
