As the ad business transitions into an entertainment industry and the music business shifts into a digital media industry, the role of agencies has also shifted significantly. To be honest, our company really didn’t start to take shape until about two years ago when we assembled the team we have in place now. My parents were far removed from the music business and I didn’t have a proven blueprint to follow. How would you explain the current intersection of music, media and marketing?
