The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) convened for a productive B2B (Business to Business) gathering recently. Reports maintained this adding the session took place at the FBCCI office, coinciding with the visit of a 43-member ICC business delegation to Bangladesh even as the meeting was chaired by Mostafa Azad Chowdhury Babu, the Senior Vice President of FBCCI, while Rajeev Singh, the Director General of ICC, led the ICC delegation. The primary agenda of the meeting was to fortify the commercial ties between the two nations. This dynamic climate further fosters the potential for expanded investment partnerships between the two nations, felt the FBCCI Senior Vice President. It may be mentioned here India has emerged as a potent export destination for ‘Made in Bangladesh’ apparel, where demand for garments originating in Bangladesh is increasing by the day.
