LONDON—Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their first child, a boy. The new royal is seventh in line to the British throne. He was born at 5:26 a.m. local time and weighs 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Prince Harry told reporters that mother and baby are doing “incredibly well” and the couple was still thinking about names.
