The Duchess of Sussex joined Prince Harry , Kate Middleton and Prince William, and the rest of the royal family for the Commonwealth Day service on Monday. Meghan, who is thought to be eight months pregnant, has been busy with royal events over the last few weeks - including a discussion panel on International Women's Day.
