Meghan, Harry and Archie on a public outing in the USThe Duchess of Sussex and her son Archie are suing a paparazzi agency using a ruling won by JK Rowling which protects the privacy of celebrities’ children. The duchess says that “private information” was “misused” with the sale of photographs of her carrying Archie. The photographs were taken in January while the duke and duchess were staying on Vancouver Island, after announcing that they would step down as senior royals. Meghan was photographed smiling as she strolled through Horth Hill Regional Park with Archie in a baby carrier and her two dogs. The case at the High Court in London is brought in the names of Master Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and the duchess.
