I was walking and then waiting at the corner of State and La Cumbre to cross when an open vehicle – brown camo- slowly drove toward Goleta on State St. He said yes, “there had been several calls about the armed man. I went to a friend’s home where they listened to a police scanner and the vehicle made it down to Milpas area. Just how is it that people armed with assault weapons get to terrorize people and there doesn’t seem to be any arrests! I am not an expert on weapons but the gun the man had was large and it was clearly being brandished to scare people.
