A new support group for men has launched in Diss which offers a space to talk about mental health and wellbeing. MensCraft, a charity based in Norwich, has started a new weekly Pit Stop session at the Council Office on Market Hill, running every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. Alongside its 14 Pit Stop groups, MensCraft also hosts a variety of projects across East Anglia, which have included art classes, yoga, wood whittling and allotments.
