Messaging platform Slack Technologies Inc. is taking the next step toward going public, with plans to reveal its prospectus as soon as this week, according to people familiar with the matter. Slack, which had submitted its filing to regulators confidentially for a direct listing on the stock market, is aiming to make the document available by this Friday, the people said.
