The Portuguese Met Office and the Directorate General for Health have issued a warning over a dust cloud and poor air quality due to an air mass coming in from North Africa. Vulnerable populations such as the elderly, young children and people with asthma have been advised to double down on protection measures, including staying indoors and limiting physical activity.
