Dell Technologies founder and CEO Michael Dell was the buyer behind the $100.47 million purchase of a penthouse on Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row, according to two people familiar with the deal. Mr. Dell tapped Miró Rivera Architects to spearhead a renovation of the property, according to Department of Buildings filings. Michael Dell, the founder of Dell Technologies, paid $100.47 million for the 10,923-square-foot apartment. Spokespersons for both Mr. Dell and for the building’s developer, Extell Development, declined to comment. Leighton Candler of the Corcoran Group, who represented Mr. Dell in the transaction, declined to comment.
