Michael Owen has admitted that his 'heart' was in Liverpool during his time at Newcastle United. "With all due respect, I thought I might be going to Liverpool because in my contract, each summer, I could go to Liverpool. Kevin Keegan came in and I was scoring goal after goal after goal. "The helicopter nonsense is that I'm a family man. "My dad lived with me up in Newcastle but for my family to be able to fly up...all this nonsense that I was flying into training every day is what it is.
