TV icon Jeremy Clarkson has mocked Baroness Michelle Mone after her car-crash TV interview. Glasgow-born Mone and husband Doug Barrowman were grilled by the BBC's Laura Kuenssberg on a scandal involving the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the UK Government. And Clarkson couldn't resist a dig at Lady Mone in the process, hinting that he thinks all her millions can't buy her style. Writing in The Sun, the outspoken presenter said: "All week, people have been making 'grrrr' noises about Baroness Mone, who trousered £60million from a deal selling PPE equipment to the Government during Covid. She has claimed the MedPro deal "saved the taxpayer tens of millions" because of its competitive prices.
