Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna has changed his mind minutes after welcoming the High Court’s directive that he should collect documents from the Kenyan embassy in Canada within 72 hours to allow him to travel to Kenya. “I'm not visiting the Kenyan Embassy to apply for citizenship which I never lost. The Court has once more affirmed that I am a Kenyan by birth who must enter Kenya as a Kenyan upon presentation of my National ID card,” Miguna said. "The Embassy has been ordered to issue a travel document.”The court had said that once in possession of the emergency travel document, Air France should allow Miguna to board an available flight to Kenya with immediate effect. "Upon landing, he be allowed to use his ID for purposes of identification," said the judge.
