The Ministry of Labour says one person is dead following a workplace incident in Sault Ste. Emergency crews were called to an industrial accident at Ontario Concrete on Great Northern Road April 7. The ministry says a worker was struck by a vehicle, causing the fatality, adding that no orders or requirements have been issued at this time. An investigation is underway.
