The Democrat-controlled Minnesota House of Representatives has approved a measure to legalize and regulate adult-use marijuana. However, to become state law, the bill will need to be passed by the Republican majority-ruled Senate in Minnesota. If the Minnesota Senate does pass the bill, legalization will fall in line with majority opinion. Carly Wolf, state policies manager of NORML applauded the Minnesotan legislation.
