The operation, carried out on Saturday, was led by Assistant Commissioner(Land) and Executive Magistrate Laila Noor Tanju. During the drive, 500 liters of illegally stockpiled fuel oil were recoveredfrom a shop. After the operation, the Executive Magistrate stated that the drive wasconducted based on reports that some unscrupulous traders were creatingartificial shortages and selling oil at inflated prices.
