Mohamed Jabateh Trial Starts October 2nd, 2017 In U.S. -


Philadelphia, PA – The U.S. Government’s immigration fraud case against Liberian citizen, Pennsylvania resident and alleged war criminal Mohamed Jabateh affectionately call “Jungle Jabbah” begins on October 2, 2017 in Philadelphia. During the course of the trial victims and witnesses of war crimes in Liberia will testify against the accused. He then sought to escape to the United States where he lied about his criminal background on federal immigration forms. The case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Linwood C. Wright, Jr. and Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer was previously a Trial Attorney at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and prosecuted the massacre in Srebrenica, Bosnia.
