Molson Coors Brewing Co. is pivoting from beer to aloe vera water and turmeric seltzer in a bid to capture younger drinkers who aren’t interested in alcohol. The brewer has bought a large stake in a nonalcoholic beverage incubator called L.A. Libations to expand Molson Coors’ portfolio with high-end, better-for-you drinks. Financial terms weren’t disclosed, but Molson Coors is taking a 49% stake, according to people familiar with the matter.
