Event to provid­e a platfo­rm to Pakist­an's develo­per commun­ity and help create new custom­er experi­encesMomentum, a global startup community, is organising a Fintech Hackathon from April 30 to May 1 at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Karachi. The aim of the hackathon is to provide a platform to the developer community and help create new customer experiences and revenue models by leveraging Pakistan’s digital payment ecosystem, said a statement issued on Thursday. The teams will give prototype demos and presentations, and winners will be selected on the second day of the competition. “This hackathon is expected to bring enormous benefits to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the country and participating teams will have access to open APIs and payments ecosystem,” Sana Mela, Program Director, Momentum Tech Conference was quoted as saying. There are multiple perks and prizes for the winners, amounting to $10,000 worth of services and products.
