Cabinet will today decide if New Zealand will hold a public holiday to commemorate Queen Elizabeth. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese yesterday announced his country would have a one-off public holiday on September 22 - Thursday - the day a memorial service will be held in Canberra. And September 19, the day of Her Majesty's state funeral, will be a Bank Holiday in the UK.
