(Photo by Crime Suppression Division police)ANG THONG: A young monk has been arrested at a temple in Ang Thong province for alleged involvement in the murder of a couple in Phetchaburi province about two years ago. Anukul was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Phetchaburi Provincial Court in August 2018 for colluding in murder. Anukul's father, Phin Langphee, arrived and quarrelled with them over the land, which used to belong to Phin and he had sold it to a local businessman. The monk, who was then a layman, rushed to help his father, using a hoe to hit Phum.
