More Storms Later Tonightby Shane ButlerWe’re in a little bit of a lull in the rain activity now but more storms are on the way overnight. Some of the storms will be capable of heavy downpours, frequent lightning strikes, and strong winds. These storms enter our area around midnight and exit into Georgia around 8am Thursday. Overnight temps will cool down into the upper 40s to lower 50s Friday morning and again Saturday morning. We expect highs only in the upper 60s to lower 70s while overnight lows drop into the upper 30s to lower 40s.
