MANILA, Philippines — More tourist destinations are waiving the RT-PCR test requirement for visitors who are already fully vaccinated, the Department of Tourism (DOT) said yesterday. The DOT said this arrangement would make travel more affordable and accessible for tourists, especially with the coming holidays. “With the lifting of the testing requirements for fully vaccinated visitors to these destinations, travel has become more affordable and accessible for domestic tourists,” DOT Secretary Berna Puyat said. Let us do our individual parts to ensure that there will be no outbreaks in our destinations,” she added.
