Briefcase 1 NCW may call Motihari rape victim to Delhi for medical test. The National Commission for Women (NCW) is likely to call the Motihari rape survivor to Delhi for a fresh medical examination to be conducted to ascertain whether she was raped or not. After the NCW team left for Delhi, the administration set up another medical board comprising of all woman doctors to re-examination of the rape survivor. The Civil Surgeon of Motihari, Prashant Kumar, has issued showcause notice to deputy medical superintendent Manoj Kumar for giving his statement in writing to the NCW team confirming rape.
