MUAR: A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a road accident along Jalan Parit Unas here on Tuesday (March 31). Muar OCPD Asst Comm Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said the incident involved an Aveta V13R motorcycle ridden by a local man. "Initial investigations found that the victim was travelling from Muar towards Batu Pahat when he is believed to have lost control of the motorcycle. “The rider veered off to the left shoulder of the road and crashed into a tree,” he said in a statement. Authorities also reminded road users to adhere to traffic regulations and practise caution while driving or riding to prevent such tragedies.
