A close source to the family of the 57-year-old actor says he suffered stroke after returning from Owerri. Although the source wouldn’t disclose where specifically, the communication suggests Mr. Ibu is responding to treatment. News of the unfortunate incident has been confirmed by President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas. “I am aware that Mr Ibu is truly down with stroke, but he is fast recovering and need more of our prayers right now,” he told e-NIGERIA.
