Prime Cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi has been conferred with an honorary degree from Masinde Muliro University. The degree of Humane Letters in Peace and Sustainable Development was conferred during the university's 18th graduation ceremony on Friday. “It is such a significant coincidence that the honour bestowed upon me is from a university named after one of the great nationalists of this country, Masinde Muliro,” Mudavadi said. “Congratulations to Prime Cabinet Secretary Dr Musalia Mudavadi for being conferred with an honorary degree of Humane Letters in Peace and Sustainable Development by Masinde Muliro University,” the statement read. In their endeavours, these Kenyans have managed to overcome serious adversity to usher in our nation’s collective aspirations for unity and sustainable development,” Mudavadi said.
