Meanwhile, classes in pre-school, elementary and high school were suspended in the towns of Buguias, Kapangan, Kibungan, Bakun and La Trinidad in Benguet. The Bataan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office on Tuesday reported that several villages in the towns of Hermosa and Dinalupihan remained flooded. In Dinalupihan town, the SCTEX tunnel passing through the villages of Pita, Sapang Balas and some portions of Santa Isabel were also flooded. About 20 families composed of 83 people in Barangay Bayan-Bayanan in Dinalupihan were evacuated to the barangay (village) hall and health center. Classes from pre-school to senior high school in the towns of Dinalupihan, Orani and Abucay, as well as the City of Balanga were suspended.
