Megan Sweeney, 23, was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour only two days after she gave birth to her son, Roan, in August 2019. A fundraiser by non-profit Wedding Wish Makers was launched to help Megan and Paul tie the knot last month as dozens of companies volunteered to help. Announcing her tragic death, Wedding Wish Makers said: “It is with great sadness to let you know Megan passed away Monday 10th May. “Megan passed peacefully surrounded by those who love her. Megan and Paul were due to be married on 26th April but it was decided to bring the wedding forward to 17th April.
