Posting on the the Facebook group Family Lockdown Tips & Ideas, Karen wrote said: “I’ve seen a lot of posts about Christmas dinner and not wanting to spend all day in the kitchen and there have been lots of useful tips. “We decided to have 'Christmas dinner' today because, why not? And there's more variety than ever before - with everything from vegan Christmas dinner boxes to giant Ferrero Rocher-inspired desserts.
