Checkpoints in boundaries has been installed by the Muntinlupa City Police Station while the local government has limited its physical transactions as Metro Manila is back to modified enhanced eommunity quarantine (MECQ) until August 18. Public Information Officer Tez Navarro said quarantine passes are required again to limit movement. Old quarantine passes are still valid and can be used by residents in checkpoints. Checkpoints in Muntinlupa City are situated in Tunasan, Muntinlupa-San Pedro, Laguna, Susana Heights SLEX Toll, and Filinvest Alabang. Muntinlupa Scholarship Program has also suspended its Drop Box applications but accepts email applications during the period.
