Murupara townsfolk fear they will be left with no ATM after a log loader was used to steal the only money machine the town had. After a week without cash, the Bay of Plenty town of Murupara will soon have a new ATM - the third one this year. A community leaders' hui was held on Monday night to find solutions, Murupara Community Board member Mem Jenner said. "These are the sorts of things we're seeing now [as a result of the ATM theft]."
