Yoweri Museveni has been sworn in for a fifth term as Uganda President amid, a day after Kizza Besigye's mock ceremony. "They are wrong, they are not serious," Museveni told reporters in his country home in Kiruhura, southwestern Uganda. Besigye, who was 'sworn in' as president on Wednesday, has insisted he won the election with 52 per cent votes.
