Many Muslims think Christians worship Christ. These new ideas led to a split in the Body of Christ, and thus, Christendom was founded. Paul, who was the man that took Christ followership to Rome, also never claimed that Christ was equal to the Supreme God. Their Christianity was the pure Christianity of Christ, brought back to Ethiopia by the Ethiopian eunuch of Acts 8:26–39. However, we know that Christ is the Son of God, because God told us so by Himself in Matthew 3:17.
