Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has urged authorities to put Kenya first in regards to the BBI ruling. Mutua urged all players in the BBI push to put Kenya first and stop the divisive politics of 'us vs them'. “In the end, all of us want and deserve a better Kenya where fairness, justice and socio economic prosperity thrive. The High Court declared the BBI process to amend the Constitution as unconstitutional, null and void. “We believe that on a scale, a greater public interest is served by the passage of BBI than its stoppage,” he said.
