Seattle’s Natasha Howard and Washington’s Tianna Hawkins both grab for a loose ball late in the fourth quarter Sunday. (Elaine Thompson/Associated Press)For much of Sunday’s Game 2 of the WNBA Finals, the Washington Mystics had made good on their vow to improve on the mess they delivered in the series opener. And third-seeded Washington had possession with 16 seconds to play, down a single point with an opportunity to even the series at KeyArena. Delle Donne led the Mystics with 17 points while continuing to play on a sore left knee. Trailing 25-16 to start the second quarter, Washington gained ground thanks to a jolt off the bench from Aerial Powers.
